Who is responsible
SmartBusinessCards (KvK 87660806, Amstelveen, the Netherlands) is responsible for the personal data processed through livetcgscanner.com. Contact: info@livetcgscanner.com.
What we collect and why
- Orders: name, email address, country, chosen plan, length, games and payment status. We need this to process your order, give you access to the app and meet our tax obligations.
- Your account: your email address, so you can log in with an emailed link and download the app.
- Launch updates: your email address, only if you sign up. We use it to send news about the beta, new games and the pre-sale. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.
Who processes data for us
- Mollie (the Netherlands) handles payments. Your payment details go directly to Mollie.
- Supabase stores orders, accounts and sign-ups in a data centre in the EU (Ireland).
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts on this website, which means your browser contacts Google's servers.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. Sign-ups for launch updates are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept while you have an account and deleted on request.
The TCG Scanner app
The app reads the stream on your screen to recognize cards. Before the app is released we will describe here exactly what it processes and where.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@livetcgscanner.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
